Refund policy

Eligibility: Full refunds are available to all customers.

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date; requests outside this window will not be processed.

Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged.

Exclusions: Orders of 12 bottles or more, or purchases made during promotional periods or with discount codes, are not eligible for refunds.
